You’re not going to find something like this every day – an enclave of 5 cottages all sharing a common parking area, and common access – but each with privacy if/when you need it. There’s a nice feeling of community and security here. As you can see for the pics, the cottage is spacious and very charming – and in very good condition – with a very pretty outlook. If you’re wanting to braai and watch the rugby at full volume every weekend with a bunch of mates, then this is probably not the place for you. The cottage has a double volume living area with kitchen, and a spacious bedroom with en-suite. Everyone parks in the common parking area ( you have one bay) and then meanders down to their individual cottages. The cottage is unfurnished, and available on long term let from 1 June 2022. Electricity and water are separately metered. Regret – no dogs. Cat’s are fine as long as they don’t bark at passers by……
