You can access the gardens and front parking via the ‘official’ front door, but you also have access the apartment via the kitchen door which is closer to the back driveway and parking. You have a single garage, and exclusive use parking bay, but for much of the year can also use an additional parking spot with permission from a neighbour.

Regret no pets. Occupation 1 March, but preferably 2nd or 3rd March so that we can have the carpets and apartment really nicely cleaned.
