We are offering a wonderful two bedroomed apartment ( or 1 bedroom plus study ) in the sought-after Tudor Gardens complex. We are looking for a retired or nearly retired professional couple who will exist harmoniously in this special place. So it’s not really the type of living where you’d be having friends over every Friday and Saturday for a braai and some beers with iTunes playing in the background.

The apartment is in great condition, with solid Oak kitchen (built-in oven and hob plus extractor) with plumbing for dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is semi open-plan to the spacious living and dining room. There are doors from living room and master bedroom to an internal covered patio looking onto the central gardens. You can access the gardens and front parking via the ‘official’ front door, but you also have access the apartment via the kitchen door which is closer to the back driveway and parking. There is a super walk-in cupboard and lots of extra storage space

You have a single garage, and exclusive use parking bay, but for much of the year can also use an additional parking spot with permission from a neighbour.

Regret no pets. Occupation 1 March, but preferably 2nd or 3rd March so that we can have the carpets and apartment really nicely cleaned. The owner is looking for the right person/s, and would rather delay getting a tenant if it means getting people who will fit in with the genteel environs. So please bear with us if were a little fussier than usual on the applications. Wed be looking for a long term tenant ie minimum stay of 11 or 12 months
