It’s very private – with entry through a covered portico – perfect for keeping bikes under cover. Next is a very pretty and sheltered courtyard garden with a covered braai/outside dining/chill area. The home consists of a wide entrance hall/living room and around the corner the kitchen open-plan to the dining room or 2nd living room with a wood-burning fireplace. There are doors to the wraparound garden. There are two good bedrooms and one large bathroom with shower and bath. Two undercover parking come with the cottage in the communal parking area which is at the main entrance
If you’re someone who has a dozen friends over every weekend to watch the rugby at full-blast and have a six-pack each, then this is not the place for you. Not that you shouldn’t entertain – but I think you get the gist. However, if you are an upmarket professional looking for a peaceful, leafy AND safe environment then I can’t think of a nicer place to call home.
