Boshof Avenue – arguably one of the best streets in Newlands. And this particular stretch is certainly the most sought-after – with Consular neighbours and generally larger erven providing privacy and a leafy canopy and backdrop to savour every day.
Honestly, the first time I viewed this home, it took my breath away. And each time I visit, I notice yet another well thought out aspect of the design and construction. There are many beautiful homes in the Southern Suburbs – but sometimes I find the pervasive ”recipe” used in choice of materials and decorative features to be ever so slightly cloned. Not here. Actually, it’s also the setting that’s unique.
